**The Role**

Reporting to a Site Manager, you will lead and motivate the site team to ensure day to day delivery of our programme, organising resource, plant and materials to deliver the works safely and to a high quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effectively mobilise resources to deliver the agreed works
- Effectively and safely manage site equipment and premises
- Ensure accurate recording and management of site information

- Experience of Railway infrastructure working P-Way and Civils
- PTS certified
- CSCS and CPCS certified
- SSSTS or SMSTS competence
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Full First Aid certified
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of rail industry
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and versatility
