**Programme Execution Lead, Risk Transformation**

**Team/Role Overview**

The Risk Transformation Execution team is responsible for timely and accurate execution of Article VI and IX initiatives and provides Program Management support to Article V Data Program. The Risk Transformation team is a global team spread across US, Europe and Asia and comprises of ERM and Data execution, Reporting and Analytics, Strategic Initiatives, and Transformation Control teams.

The Risk Transformation Execution Lead is looking for a Program Execution Lead to coordinate the successful execution of Risk Management’s commitments across Articles VI, XI, and V within Citi's Transformation.

Initially the primary focus of this role will be to engage with Article V stakeholders on various Data related initiatives to focus on approach for execution planning, and execution of in-scope Data initiatives, drive execution by flagging and remediating risks / issues, and escalating to the senior ERM and Data stakeholders as necessary.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead discussions with the Data Product and Tech leads to put the right program structure, plan and deliverables along with agreed dates.
- Lead the identification and drive resolution of Article V issues, working with the dedicated program management individuals and other stakeholders.
- Work with Data Product leads on scoping / analysis required to meet Data program objectives.
- Work with the current Program Management teams to uplift the quality of program reporting, insights and communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
- Work with existing Data and Transformation Program Management stakeholders on consistent and prudent approach for various PM related, Metrics, Regulatory communication asks
- Take responsibility for picking up and delivering discrete pieces of work in senior PM capacity working with the Data Product Leads and Head of Data
- Actively participate and coordinate with the Citi Transformation Program Office on the overall program ensuring Independent Risk Management’s concerns and issues are addressed on a timely basis.
- Support Risk Transformation Head in cross program strategy

**What we’ll need from you**
- An individual who is highly experienced in leading complex and large-scale changing initiatives,
- Has the ability to influence teams, with non-direct reporting lines, including teams comprised of senior managers to garner support and secure buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes
- Able to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies and decision makers
- Experience in working with senior internal and external stakeholders including regulators
- Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
