**2 month contract working for the UK leading automotive OEM.

An Electrician is required with experience and knowledge of PLC & Robot Programming within an industrial manufacturing environment to be responsible for Electrical installations and modifications on METC Projects. Experience with electrical installationprojects within a production or automotive environment is key.

Due to increased business requirements the facility in Halewood is looking for an Electrical expert to work within the engineering, production and manufacturing departments.The role is to undergo a 2 month project. As an Electrician, you will be requiredto:

- Wiring of power and controls cabinets and associated equipment
- Review and understand complex engineering drawings & schematics
- Troubleshoot electrical installation issues using root cause analysis and recording resolution
- Installation and modifications of cable trays, trunking and conduits
- Installation and modifications of power and data cables
- Assisting PLC & Robot programmers to troubleshoot installation and early commissioning issues
- Documentation for Software Related Tasks, such as DCP Programming Charts

The Electrician should have the following skills or experience:

- Jib Registered ECS / CSCS Cards
- Current FLT, Cherry Picker, MEWP Licence
- City & Guilds 2382 18th/17th Electrical Regulations
- Past experience working on industrial electrical installation projects within a production or automotive environment
- Equipped with personal comprehensive tool kit with relevant tools for the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an electronics technician and in return for your experience, this Halewood based manufacturer will offer you:

- 2-month contract position
- £20.67 per hour (umbrella)
- 40 hours per week over 5 days
