**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Be to take orders via Loyverse system / iPad.
- Be able to wash cups & dishes.
- Be able to prepare sandwiches, scrambled eggs and small kitchen dishes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
