**SHE Advisor**

**Swindon, Wiltshire**

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to be based in the Swindon area, support a utilities / water framework covering the Wiltshire region with the opportunity for agile working. You will tasked with ensuring all health and safety guidelines are communicated, and adhered to.

**The role**:

- Deliver continual Health, Safety & Environmental improvements across the Business Unit
- Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental procedures are implemented to allow all relevant legislation to be complied with
- Provide support and advice to any part of the business unit operations, ensure that SHE policies and any local guidance are fully aligned
- Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are correctly reported and support is provided to investigations in accordance with SHE policies and procedures

**What you will need**:

- NEBOSH diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety
- Experience of working within utilities / water or construction in a similar capacity
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 Standards
- Ability to work on own initiative.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
