Our client is a successful global accountancy practice with a diverse client portfolio. Due to their current growth plans, they are looking for a full-time Audit Semi Senior to lead on a number of audit assignments and reviewing the work of junior team members.

About the role

This role would suit a friendly, motivated and professional individual, looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Senior Partners, the Audit Semi Senior will provide valuable support with audit project work and a number of key clientinteractions.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Planning audit assignments, identifying key risks, assessing how to test them, assessing and reviewing budgets, through to completing the audit tests for high-risk areas;
- Leading smaller audits and supervising, delegating and reviewing work of trainees;
- Delivering information to clients and displaying in-depth client and industry knowledge;
- Monitoring your chargeability and assignment budgets pro-actively;
- Developing specialist sector knowledge and keep abreast of industry developments.

The ideal person

The position would suit an excellent communicator with excellent analytical and review skills. They should have a strong commitment to professional client service excellence and be able to work within a team.
