Are you a current full-time student seeking a part-time Saturday job?

Would you like to gain experience in Customer Services in the Building Materials industry to complement your studies?

A reputable company in Kilmarnock is hiring a Customer Services Advisor part-time for 4 hours per week to join their busy team.

**Hours of Work**: Every Saturday morning from 8 am to 12 pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Familiarise yourself with the product lines and services to enhance customer interactions in accordance with company values.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, to understand their needs and provide proactive advice and solutions.
- Manage lapsed accounts and drive sales with new and existing customers.
- Utilise in-house systems to process orders, schedule deliveries, and keep customers informed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the branch and yard to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and manage stock levels through regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement.
