Storeman/woman

**SMR are looking for a mechanical storeman for a 30 week contract in London.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment
- Build and assemble product orders for shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and stock checks
- Operate warehouse management system to track and record inventory movements
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Experience managing materials and deliveries on site
- Proficiency in operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus

**Salary**: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (required)

- CSCS (required)
