- asap**_We are looking for a Legal secretary to join the busy litigation team for a firm of Solicitors in Manchester for at least 8 weeks. The role will be based in the Manchester office located in the heart of the city close all transport links and will start asap._**:
***_ As the Litigation Legal Secretary, you will provide the team and wider firm with typing, secretarial and administrative support. Supporting the needs of the fee earners and assisting with digital dictation and administrative support across the company. Previous use of the Pro claim case management system would be an advantage. _**

**_Day-to-Day_**
- **_Transcribe and prepare all correspondence and documents through audiotyping and word processing, using Company precedents where appropriate._**

**_ -Operate the Pro Claim case management system including storing documents electronically - organising and attaching to relevant matters._**
- **_Deal with administrative routines as required to include scanning, faxing, printing, binding and photocopying._**:

- **_Be involved in the efficient management of client/matter files to include general filing in a timely and accurate manner together with file opening, preparation of client care letters and terms and conditions, file closure and archiving._**:

- **_Meet both internal and external clients' needs and ensure they are kept advised as necessary_**:

- **_Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain manager/fee earners diary as required_**:

- **_Assist the Operations team when required, including switchboard cover, franking outgoing post, file archiving and hospitality_**:

- **_Work within relevant administrative systems and procedures, particularly in the management of finances, recording time, preparation of bills and correspondence_**:

- **_Ensure the confidentiality of all the company's and clients' information._**:

- **_Any other reasonable requests from Fee Earners and/or Managers_
