Even if your experience is informal/voluntary, I want to hear from you The children you will support will have a variety of needs which can include significant complex behaviour challenges and sometimes associated SEND.

**PRU Learning Support Assistant requirements**:

- Experience of working with young people with SEND and/or Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties and learning difficulties or experience with SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication
- Teaching Assistant / Learning Mentor / Youth Worker experience
- Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
- A passion for working with SEND is essential

INDSUPPProvide support and assistance to individuals with special needs, particularly children.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other team members.
- Assist with tutoring and mentoring activities to help individuals reach their educational goals.
- Work with individuals on the autism spectrum to develop social and communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and team members.
- Knowledge or experience in special education is highly desirable.
- Ability to provide tutoring and mentoring support.
- Patience and empathy when working with individuals who may have different learning styles or challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £90.00-£120.00 per day
