**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide proactive, positive, and caring support to adults living in our service.
- Enable individuals to learn new skills, promoting greater independence.
- Assist and support individuals with their emotional and practical needs.
- Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a 'can do' attitude.
- Participate in developing and implementing person-centered care plans.

**Requirements**:

- Genuine interest in working with adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.91 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Plymouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
