Wood Machinist

Time Severed Timber Machinist - Previous experience is essential, minimum of 5 years.

Required for an expanding family run business.

This position is ideal for someone looking to work a minimum of 45 hours a week.

It is workshop based in one location (Launceston).

Starting Rate of Pay: £12.50 per hour tbc

Experienced ONLY, Permanent

Hours: Mon - Fri 7am - 5pm overtime available upon request.

Holiday: 20 days per year, plus Bank Holidays.

Duties will include
- Machining bespoke and standard profiles from sawn timber to finished profiles.

Operating a planer moulder, also known as 4 or 5 sided planer, over and under planers, cross-cutters, re-saw, spindle moulders, but not limited to.

Reading drawings.

Keeping the workshop clean and tidy.
