The focus is on selling multi-million-pound developments to investors both locally and globally. They are recognised for market knowledge, high sales standards, and exceptional after-care service in managing properties from exchange to completion.
As they continue to expand operations and strengthen their position as a leading property investment specialist in the UK market, they are looking for talented sales professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. **The Role**:
- Conduct effective and persuasive sales conversations over the phone and through digital platforms to present investment opportunities, address client inquiries, and close sales.
- Site visits, as and when needed
- Maintain accurate sales administration records using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on the latest market trends, property offerings, and investment strategies.
- Continuously develop your industry knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
**The Person**:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with a strong background in achieving high-performance targets.
- Self-driven and motivated to exceed expectations, with a desire to earn over £8,000 per month.
- Exceptional internal sales skills, including active listening, effective questioning, persuasive pitching, and closing deals.
- Proficient in digital communication and presentation tools, demonstrating the ability to engage clients and colleagues across various platforms.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the property investment market is highly desirable, although not mandatory. We value personality, phone confidence, and a hunger for success.
- Full clean driving licences and own transport desirable.
**The Benefits**
- Attractive salary package with a competitive basic salary range of **£22,000 **to £30,000, commensurate with proven sales success.
- Realistic and proven On-Target Earnings (OTE) of **£80,000+** in commissions, with the potential to earn over **£100,000 per annum.**:
- 20 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Work directly with property developers, gaining valuable insights into the industry
- Continuous training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Regular ongoing salary reviews.
**The Place**:

- 37.5 hours a week
- Onsite visits as and when needed
- Occasional weekend work to service business plans
- Occasional hybrid working once probation is passed.
- Room to move into other roles as the business expands
**Salary**: £80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
