**Star Assistant**
Heathrow
Negotiable, dependent on experience
- 45 hours - Mon-Fri and Saturdays on rota.
*** Your Role**
Rygor Auto are about to open their brand-new Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car Aftersales site in Heathrow. They are looking for an experienced and dedicated receptionist, who truly understands the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
They are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Job responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all customers to site, assisting them with their enquiries.
- Answer all incoming phone enquiries.
- Direct all enquiries to the appropriate department and provide a ‘warm transfer’ so the team member is advised of the caller and their enquiry before speaking with them.
- Uphold mystery shop standards.
- Organise any hospitality for the team on site, for company meetings.
- Take responsibility for ensuring the showroom and customer-facing areas across the whole site are tidy and up to date in terms of signage and marketing materials.
- Act as a key contact on site, for other sites and departments.
- Work with utilities providers.
- Respond to customer enquires as requested by the sales team on site.
- Work with the People department and Marketing department, to ensure correct information and materials are disseminated across the site.
- Ensuring all H&S processes are in place across all non-workshop areas of the site and work with our external consultants as required.
