Talent Administrator

**Full Time - Cowes, Isle of Wight**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Talent team, working to support and provide an efficient administration function assisting the overall smooth running of end-to-end recruitment at the Foundation.

**Specific role responsibilities include**:
Coordinating hiring manager and Talent team diaries.-
- Scheduling video calls, booking meeting rooms and making changes as required.Processing recruitment expenses.- Replying to recruitment enquiries via various channels.- Administration support for recruitment projects.- Preparation of employment offer documentation.- Produce reports extracting data using ATS.- Manage new starter reference checking process - sending out and following up.

**Your profile**:
- 1-2 years experience of working in an office environment in an administration role is essential.- Customer service experience is desirable.- Great communication skills.- Highly organised and able to multitask whilst dealing with a high workload volume.- Strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel and other in-house computer packages, ideally database use.- Ability to manage a number of priorities whilst staying calm.- High levels of customer service skills and ability to help people when needed.- Demonstrates professionalism in all dealings.

**Salary range**:£23,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
