K4 Security stands as a supplier of Key holding, Alarm Response and Manned Guarding. Situated in West London, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance, fuelling the expansion of our customer community.

We are currently seeking a Key Holding & Alarm Response Supervisor to cover shifts on a rotation shift basis of days and nights. The role entails responding to alarm activations, maintaining security of premises, and ensuring the safety of property and personnel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to alarm activations and emergency calls.
- Conduct thorough security checks of premises.
- Secure and lock/unlock premises as required.
- Liaise with emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and actions taken.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Valid SIA License.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Availability to work day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
