**Type of Contract**: Permanent, hybrid.
**Hours**: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm_

As **BREEAM Assessor** your role will involve the following important duties:
- Pick up and develop several projects.
- Undertake BREEAM New Construction scheme assessments.
- Work to current UK legislation, British Standards and Codes of Practice.
- Investigate solutions to challenges and work within agreed budgets set by the lead consultant.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team internally and externally
- Support on design competitions and bids
- Produce reports and presentations
- **The experience required **_
As a successful **BREEAM Assessor,** you will have:
- BREEAM NC certified.
- At least 2 years experience in completing BREEAM Assessments.
- Work independently developing several projects.
- Awareness of broad sustainability issues.
- Part L compliance analysis modelling.
- Thermal comfort & overheating modelling.
- A proactive approach, with great communication and interpersonal skills
**This role would suit** a BREEAM Assessor, Sustainability Engineer, Sustainability Consultant, BREEAM, building services, British Standards, Codes of Practice
