Devon, United Kingdom Perrett Laver Full time

**The Devon Cricket Foundation** is the governing body responsible for the recreational game in the county. Our team of staff and volunteers work to enhance cricket locally and deliver on our belief that it is a game for everyone. We are now entering an exciting stage in our development as we transition into a trust and start to form a new board of Trustees. As part of this growth, we are seeking to appoint a Trustee with a focus on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity (EDI) to join us at this crucial time and play their part in shaping and delivering positive outcomes for our communities through cricket.

We are proud of our track record of engaging our diverse communities across Devon through cricket, but want to do more to grow the game, pioneer new ways to be more inclusive and representative of our county and create safe and welcoming environments for everyone to enjoy the benefits of cricket.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience of delivering EDI and/or widening participation initiatives within a range of contexts, strong stakeholder management skills, an understanding of how to manage organisational change, and a commitment to enhancing diversity within a sports and community setting.

Previous board experience is not essential, nor is it necessary to be directly involved in cricket, although a willingness to get to know the sport and a commitment to enable our vision is.
