We are seeking a pro-active, friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team of receptionists.

Previous experience within a similar role preferred, however not essential as full training will be provided. This exciting role can offer huge job satisfaction to a highly motivated and confident individual.

Duties include:

- Meeting and greeting customers
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness ensuring that the surgery is presentable at all times
- Answering a high number of telephone calls in a professional manner and dealing with enquiries promptly
- Using the computer to schedule appointments
- Administration tasks
- Maintaining product knowledge

Full time position available, hours of work:

- Saturday: 09:15 - 14:30*
- Sunday: 09:15 - 14:30*
- Bank Holiday: 09:15 - 14:30/15:00*
- Weekday shifts (Monday or Friday): 08:00 - 14:15* OR 14:00 - 20:15* (both shifts required)
- Due to the nature of the role, overtime may be required. This position averages 27 - 34 hours per week.

Please note that this role does not lead to Veterinary Nursing.
