Purchaser and Accounts Assistant

PSD Group are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join the team as Purchaser and Accounts Assistant.
The key duties of this role will include the purchasing of stock items for installation by PSD Group engineers as well as coordinating direct customer deliveries, use of the companies CRM system to obtain customer and supplier details, and process orders, so numeracy and being IT literate is essential.
General administrative duties will also be required including assisting the Accounts Administrator with handling of supplier invoices, as well as handling inbound paperwork and petty cash.
PSD Group are looking for someone who is a good team player with the ability to work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines. You will need to have excellent customer care skills, proven administrative experience and the ability to communicate effectively. This role is a part time position, supporting the Accounts Administrator.
Purchasing
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Confirming Customer Deliveries have arrived
- Managing Inbound stock items.
GENERAL
- Answering the phone.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by management staff
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Purchasing Experience
- Good communicator
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self motivated / like to keep busy
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
