**Hours of work**:
Either 8 hours through the day starting at 6am (this includes 30 mins lunch), potential to finish late evenings.
Possible split shifts ie 06:00hrs - 10:00hrs and then back in at 14:00hrs till 18:00hrs

**What will you deliver?**:

- To undertake responsibility for the provision of caretaking services at the school. In so doing ensuring these are provided to a consistently high and professional standard.
- Responsible for the delivery of caretaking/cleaning services for designated schools within the Birmingham Schools portfolio, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard in accordance with the requirements of the Project Agreement.

**Who are we looking for?**:
Experience
- Relevant continuous working experience of providing FM services including cleaning and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems. (Essential)
- Experience of producing risk assessments & method (Essential)
- Experience of cleaning and caretaking management within an educational (Desirable)

Skills/Ability/Knowledge
- Demonstrate a good understanding of health and safety (Essential)
- Able to organise and prioritise work to meet (Essential)
