Elite Property have an opportunity for a skilled maintenance contractor or handyman to help manage a portfolio of properties across Coventry on a part time basis.

**Day to day duties**
- General repairs
- Removal and disposing of excess rubbish
- Gardening
- Painting and decorating
- Plumbing and basic electrical works
- Basic carpentry
- Cleaning
- Collecting various materials for jobs across Coventry

Previous experience in this role and own transport (essential) with an ability to work alone and to high personal standards.
