Handy Person

**External General Assistant - Retirement Village**

We are seeking a Handy Person to join our team to support the day to day running of the Village. The Handy Person duties will include:

- Collecting and sorting waste from apartments and communal areas.
- Driving the utility vehicle to assist with moving waste, equipment and stock.
- Clearing exterior pathways throughout the seasons, including snow and ice in Winter.
- Removal of fallen branches or other parts of the landscaping.
- Cleaning of exterior paintwork, entrances, signage etc.
- Cleaning of patio furniture and patios.

This is a permanent position working 12 hours per week split 4 hours per day, working initially Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The start time for our Handy Person is 9am.

**Salary**: £11.54 per hour
