We have an exciting opportunity for a social media & digital champion to join our marketing team, supporting the Group Marketing Director in implementing innovative and commercially impactful experiences across our social media channels and website through front-end development, asset optimisation and creative content updates.

This role would suit someone looking to take the next step on the career ladder with a couple of years of experience in a similar role either agency or client side. A passion for têxtiles, clothing and high-end fashion would be advantageous but not essential.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Responsible for the day-to-day website site merchandising and delivering digital content creation to take the newly built site to a world class site delivering the online sales targets. Here are the main parts of the role:

- Global site content - manage weekly site creative and promotional changes, product updates, copy, editorials and seasonal site refreshes
- Daily site management and trading - driving sales and conversion
- Experience of Shopify & Wordpress platform essential
- User experience - create the most usable and engaging experience across the site
- Insight and analytics - defining who the customer is, where they come from, what they do on site etc and then create strategies around this.
- Work closely with content, CRM, marketing agencies/team etc to create the best strategies and experience for their customers
- To assist in delivering the brands social media strategy and implement the campaigns daily across all channels - paid for and organic.
- Implement and deliver the brands customer communications through Mailchimp and Klaviyo
- A good understanding of SEO, PPC and Google shopping landscape to work alongside our agencies.
- Analysis and Reporting - Weekly and daily reporting on website sales and social campaigns - with the ability to interpret and present the results to the marketing team
- Ability to work alongside and support our external partners including digital and PR agencies.
- Assist and attend regular product and seasonal collection photoshoots and manage the stock library

- A professional and friendly manner and the ability to work collaboratively with teams from all parts of the business. Never be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
- Requirement to travel around our Yorkshire Sites on a weekly basis
- Driving licence required
