- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to read and interpret worksheets
- Experience with assembling and fabricating beneficial but not essential
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery beneficial but not essential
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team
