Painter & Decorator

Central Property Contracts are looking for an experienced painter and decorator to join our team of trade operatives.

Our projects include insurance reinstatements, property refurbishments and general maintenance therefore experience within this sector is required.

Experience in paper hanging to a high standard is essential for this role.

Works will include all aspects of painting and decorating including but not limited to:

- paper hanging
- ames taping and filling
- all aspect of internal decoration
- all aspects of external decoration.
- ad-hoc duties including assisting other trades as and when required.

Applicants must provide the following:

- proof of trade qualifications
- own hand tools
- basic disclosure
- full, clean UK driving license.
- valid IPAF qualification (preferred)
- valid PASMA qualification (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15.00-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- painting & decorating: 6 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
