**Job Title**:General Operative

**Salary**: £26,500 per annum

**Hours**: 35 hours per week, 5 days a week. Predominantly Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to be available on weekend and evenings in case of an emergency.

**About New Monks Farm**

New Monks Farm development is an exciting and significant development proposal in Lancing. The plans include 600 new houses, a country park and a primary school which will all be located just over 1 mile from the coast of Lancing.

**We are seeking a new General Operative to join the team**

As a General Operative you will support in the care of the New Monks Farm Development. You will be responsible for keeping clean all public areas, including picking up rubbish and emptying the bins in the country park, ensuring the grounds are always kept to the highest standards. You will be required to proactively walk and monitor the watercourses in the development, flagging any environmental concerns as appropriate.

- Weekend availability

- Lancing: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
