Accounts Clerk

Rthirteen are supporting a manufacturer in their search for an **Accounts Clerk** to join their team on a temporary basis starting ASAP till Jan/potentially February 2023.
**Duties to include**:
- Assisting with accounts across the board.
- Processing holiday/absence forms & logging absenteeism.
- Supporting the payroll function.
- Chasing queries relating to purchase ledger invoices & credits.
- Processing invoices & assisting payment runs.
- Recording, checking & chasing receipts.
- Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required.
**You will have/be**:
- Strong administration skills.
- Accounts knowledge, desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of Sage, beneficial.
- Computer literate with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Logical approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines & under pressure.
This is a full-time role, offered on a temporary basis, working 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this position is £9.90 - £10.35 per hour, depending on experience.
