Cafe Assistant

We are looking to employ someone for our cafe in Kidlington, working Monday to Friday from 8:45am until 2:45/3pm, with some flexibility to cover holidays. The Willow Tree Cafe is situated in an assisted living facility and first opened in 2016.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up of dining area ready for breakfast and lunch
- Liaising with the Chef to ensure all food orders are correct for the day
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchens
- Cash Handling
- Serving food and beverages to the customers
- Clearing and cleaning tables and resetting
- Washing-up and cleaning in kitchen including daily and weekly tasks
- Removal of refuse
- Adhering to company and legal responsibilities
- Opening and closing of the kitchen, in the absence of the chef

We are looking for someone with a passion for food, experience in customer service is preferred, but not essential and must be at least 16 years old. Should you be successful when applying, you will be required to complete a DBS check
