As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Joiner with a passion for creating one-of-a-kind, bespoke items.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with design teams and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.

Interpret design plans and sketches to create bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and joinery items.

Utilize a variety of woodworking tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble materials.

Select and work with different types of wood, veneers, and finishing materials to achieve desired aesthetics.

Ensure the highest quality standards in craftsmanship and attention to detail in all bespoke creations.

Provide input on material selection, construction techniques, and cost-effective solutions.

Install finished products on-site and make necessary adjustments for a perfect fit and finish.

Collaborate with other construction professionals, including architects and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Carpenter/Joiner with a portfolio showcasing bespoke creations.

In-depth knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery methods, and materials.

Proficiency in operating a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Ability to interpret design plans and translate them into tangible, unique creations.

Prior experience working on residential or commercial projects with a focus on bespoke items is a plus.
