Meraki Talent are supporting a leading Asset Management firm, who are looking to appoint a Client Onboarding Administrator for their offices within London.
As part of the wider team, you will be responsible for processing new business for both new and existing clients.
Key duties;
- Validating client instructions
- Setting up new clients
- Updating in house systems with accurate client data
- Processing fee amendments
- Liaising with internal and external parties to gather additional details
- Escalation of any breaches
Ideally applicants should have worked within a client onboarding functions, where they have a proven track record of working quickly, ensuring accuracy at all times. This is a busy and demanding function, therefore applicants should be able to plan and prioritisetheir workloads, ensuring deadlines and SLA's are met. Additionally, it is essential applicants have strong investigatory skills, with a flare for problem solving.
