The main duties and responsibilities of this post include, but are not limited to: *to provide specialist palliative care to patients on the LOROS Hospice ward, supervising core trainees and being supported by the consultant team *to oversee with the other SpR, the day to day running of the ward, and to provide advice to other healthcare professionals as needed Previous experience of Palliative Medicine is desirable, but not essential. The post offers excellent consultant support and the post-holder will be encouraged to attend regular training opportunities alongside the other palliative medicine specialty registrars.
