Our client, a well-established Building Surveying firm, based in the Dudley, are seeking a Building Surveyor/Senior Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor/Senior Building Surveyor will be working on insurance reinstatement,dealing with the refurbishment of re-building of properties which have been damaged by floods, fire, etc.

**Building Surveyor / Senior Building SurveyorPosition Requirements**
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing projects from inception to completion
- Based locally to Dudley
- Full driving licence
- Must be seeking a long term role
- Ideally a member of MRICS

**Building Surveyor / Senior Building SurveyorPosition Remuneration**
- Salary: £50k - £65k DOE
- Profit related bonus scheme with no upper limit - Achieved 14%-22% in recent years.
