**Job Title**:Employee and Volunteer Recruitment Specialist

**Hours**: 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday

**Responsible to**:HR Manager

**About the Role**

You will be providing a first class, customer focused recruitment and on-boarding support to all projects across Julian House. You will be responsible for effectively managing our recruitment and on-boarding process ensuring the processes follow our Equality & Diversity policy and that the processes also meet the expectations regarding our Safer Recruitment policy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment;**
- Acting as the main point of contact for all internal and external volunteer and recruitment enquiries
- Screening CV’s and conducting telephone interviews where applicable
- Data Entry
- Relaying role information and criteria to volunteers and applicants
- Maintain effective advertising and awareness of opportunities
- Assisting the HR Team to deliver a proactive and responsive end to end recruitment of volunteers and employees.
- Assisting with booking interviews, updating vacancies and drafting adverts for internal and external use for all roles
- Dealing with external agencies to assist with any recruitment needs
- Contacting local agencies to arrange new T&Cs
- Researching local advertisement opportunities working within budget
- Management of ATS on PeopleHR system
- Research projects for recruitment in local areas
- Communicate and work with hiring manager when to get roles advertised as soon as possible
- Any other adhoc duties as and when required

**The on-boarding;**
- Send contract and offer packs to new volunteers and employees
- Ensure all new starters (volunteers and employees) will be sent an Induction booklet
- Check understanding of Joining Instructions for all applicants
- Follow through with new starter questionnaire, or Volunteer experience questionnaire

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Basic understanding of the recruitment cycle
- Highly motivated, good communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and writing
- Experience of working in a busy, customer focused environment
- Basic understanding of inclusive recruitment practices
- Excellent IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,950.00 per year
