**Overview**:
Silvertoad is on the hunt for a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our vibrant, in-house team in Luton, Bedfordshire. **Day-to-day Duties**:

- Develop and design various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for online and offline campaigns
- Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms
- Advanced experience and ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs
- Utilize your knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory to produce visually stunning graphics
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques to ensure our designs are fresh and innovative
- Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within an agency setting.
- A strong portfolio that includes a variety of work across different mediums.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop).
- Good knowledge of social media and experience in creating assets for advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience liaising with both customers and peers to capture project requirements, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, including SPaG (Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar).
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable design solutions.
- Experience in digital and print media production.

**Desirables**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design software like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma.
- Proficiency in web design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Experience with photography and photo editing.
- Knowledge of print production processes and vendor management.
- Driving license and a car
- Food ethusiasts (we love a takeaway)
