We are looking for a Head of Department (HOD) for our A Level curriculum who is motivated, inspiring and has an innovative approach to teaching and learning. **Here’s the standard bit**: You will lead a very strong team of professional teachers across a variety of provisions across the A Level department, in the sixth form centre.

You will develop and implement policies and procedures that support the quality improvement of the area, you will inspirationally lead members of a team to deliver appropriate and engaging curricula ensuring the sharing of good practice wherever possible. You will also develop links with HE institutions, employers and professionals with the focus of participating in new initiatives, increasing skills development and work experience opportunities for all learners in the department.
