**What We're Seeking**
- Predicted or achieved National 5 Grade C or above, including Maths and English
- Genuine interest in the field of engineering
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally

**Your Apprenticeship Journey**

**Year 1**:You'll spend your time attending college full-time, diligently working towards achieving a Level 2 or 3 BTEC qualification.

**Years 2, 3 & 4**: Transition into the Sulzer team, where you'll be fully supported with internal training and mentorship as you work towards attaining a Level 3 qualification.
