Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a composite trimmer to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Peterborough working as part of their Composites team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Trim and finish composite components according to engineering specifications.
- Use hand tools, machinery, and equipment to achieve precise results.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production processes.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Composite Trimmer in an automotive or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in using trimming tools and equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Health and safety awareness in a manufacturing environment.
