The majority of our clients, who are predominantly NHS Trusts, use the system from their own premises, though a small number have outsourced some recruitment support work to our teams. The role involves working in a team to manage the recruitment process on behalf of these employers, including advertising the role, setting up interviews, sending offers and completing employment checks.

We believe in the development of our people, all of whom have started as recruitment system administrators, and many are now in management positions or working as trainers visiting our clients throughout the country. To support our continuing growth and development we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a good level of education who enjoys working to tight deadlines and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Full in-house training will be provided.

**Hours**: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 08:00-18:00

**Location**: Home based with occasional travel to one of our offices. The first three days of training will be office based.
