As a Stock Condition Survey Planner, you will work closely with our surveyors in the asset data and systems team to help meet our property data collection targets, plan and coordinate appointments with our customers and ensure effective and organised processes are followed.

You will be responsible for booking appointments for our surveyors, ensuring that resources in each area are allocated efficiently by producing lettered appointments for customers and updating Outlook calendars. You will also handle calls to provide a single point of contact for customers, ensuring that any appointments that require re-arranging or that were missed are recorded and followed up.

**You will need**:

- Experience in a planning environment
- Customer focused attitude
- Experience of planning/scheduling appointments
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Confident in using Outlook, Excel and Word
- A flexible working approach with a can-do attitude
- A full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

This is a roaming role that consist of a mix of working in any one of our offices and from home.
