A locally owned hospitality group with serious aspirations, there couldn’t be a more exciting time to join Zen Group. We own 4 of Durham’s most popular and exciting venues; Zen, Tango, The Rabbit Hole and Whitechurch. We are investing and expanding. Along with recently acquiring Whitechurch Durham, we have relocated Tango to a brand new venue and renovated The Rabbit Hole. We are passionate about our venues and our people and are investing in both.
**What We Need**
Your role will include deliveries and stock rotation, general and heavy cleaning of all kitchen and food prep areas and operation/upkeep/preventative maintenance of kitchen equipment and machinery. You will be expected to undertake all heavy duty kitchen cleaning duties, including grease traps, drains, filtration equipment and fans, along with general cleaning of walls, walk-in fridges and freezers, floors and equipment.
Our kitchen cleaners support our line chefs, sous chefs and head chefs in order to make sure food service operates as efficiently as possible by keeping our kitchens clean and in order for the day ahead.
