**The role**:
As a Senior Human Factors Consultant, contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge UK military communications and information systems. We are seeking a Senior Human Factors Consultant to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment where you can make a significant impact on the defense capabilities of the United Kingdom.

**Day-to-day, you will be**:
Conducting Early Human Factors Analysis (EHFA)

Guiding and Assuring Supplier Activities

Contributing to Project Management

Enhancing HFI Governance

You are able to work Full Time or Part Time (Minimum 3 Days per week). Homeworking is available however you will need to attend your local site for certain meetings.

**Essential experience of the Senior Human Factors Consultant**:
Extensive experience in HFI (Human Factors Integration) or UCD (User - Centered Design) related work experience

**Qualifications for the Senior Human Factors Consultant**:
