We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Night Receptionist to join our team.

The Role

As a Night Receptionist, your role will be to truly listen to our guests, to anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.

Your key duties will include handling check-in and check-out services for the guests, assisting guests with all their requests during their stay (inclujding serving of food and beverages), and assisting the Night Manager with night audit duties and the safety of the hotel.

**The Person**

As well as having previous experience in a similar role, we look for Night Receptionists to have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.

The Crowne Plaza London — Gatwick Airport is in a prime location for business or pleasure, a 3.5-mile drive from Gatwick Airport - offering on-site hotel parking - and within walking distance of Crawley town centre.
