Factory Labourer:
£10.42/hr
Temp to Perm - Permanent
Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate factory machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
