We are looking for a HR Advisor to provide high quality advice to managers on a range of HR policies, procedures and HR best practice. The post holder also completes projects in line with the Union’s People Strategy, working towards the Investors in PeopleGold accreditation and beyond.

The role is a full-time and permanent contract.

Are you part or fully CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)? Do you have proven ability to analyse problems and evidence of having developed and successfully implemented practical solutions?

The post holder will support the Head of HR and Central Support in implementing the Union’s People Strategy and its initiatives to support the attraction, retention, engagement and development of all staff.
