The George is located in the charming town of Kirton in Lindsey in Lincolnshire. Our pub, restaurant and rooms offer everything you would expect from a 17th century coaching inn. We had a full bar and restaurant refurbishment Nov22

Kirton in Lindsey is a great place to live or raise a family, but we are also close enough to Lincoln if you prefer a night out in a city setting. Because we are a small supportive team, we offer a great work life balance for somebody in this industry. Our establishment ensures our staff finish at a reasonable hour at night especially during the week. You would not be required to do many split shifts. That is what makes working with us different to any other restaurant.
- Experience in taking bookings - use of online booking systems desirable but not essential as training will be given
- Excellent customer service
*Experience with marketing would be desirable but not essential
- Keeps up with trends in the restaurant business to ensure that guests have a positive experience
- Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and evenings
- Takes direction
- Manage and delegate
- Stock control and ordering on occasions (depending on experience)
*Experience in managing a team
*The ability to motivate and bring staff on

Onsite living is available either full time or part time.

This is a full-time position.

Salary £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
