_Reed are working in partnership with a local Housing Association and are seeking a HR Advisor on a 6-month temporary basis_
- This is a full-time role and offers hybrid working._
- You will be working alongside Directors, Head of Service and Managers, providing tactical and operational HR input on a range of people management and workforce issues affecting the business. You will be managing relationships, enabling leaders to improvebusiness performance through their people. You will be involved in the planning of resourcing activity, employee engagement and wellbeing, employee relations management, organisational and job design, leadership and talent development, and colleague capabilityand skills._

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- _Ensuring timely and accurate completion of the ER case log in relation to all ER cases_
- _Delivering HR advice and guidance to colleagues and people managers which will support them in navigating HR policies and practices_
- _Dealing promptly and professionally with colleague, manager, internal and external queries (including shared mailboxes), delivering guidance and solutions that provide customer value_
- _Manage day-to-day operational HR activities_
- _Conducting but not limited to exit interviews, access to work assessments and occupation health referrals as and when required_
- _Will need to have minimum 2 years experience working within HR role_
- _Will _have strong experience in employee relations case management including investigation, disciplinary and grievance, absence, and performance management
- _Will have a ‘can do’ attitude _
- _Will possess problem solving and analytical capability; able to manage ambiguity and analyse/interpret HR data and metrics_
