Trust & Grants Manager

RM Recruit is working with a brilliant charity located in Stratford-Upon-Avon who are on the lookout for a Trust and Grants Manager on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is offering a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

Main duties include:

- Work closely with the Head of Income in preparing plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Building relationships with potential grant funders for services and projects
- Identify and research new trusts/prospects
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to share information
- Lead and motivate direct reports to achieve shared aims and objectives
- Undertake projects agreed with your line manager
- Provide sound advice and recommendations on improvement and driving change
- Participate in the annual appraisal programme
- Maintain high professional standards and continuing professional development

This role is working at the office 2-3 times a month following the initial induction period and the remainder working from home.
