Field Care Supervisor

**Are you looking to work as a Field Care Supervisor?**

We have a full-time position available working from our Emsworth branch, where we provide care services which support people in their own homes with care that enables them to live a fulfilled life and promoting their independence with person centered care.

We are looking for an individual who is motivated to grow within their career, and looking for the opportunity to develop and lead a team.

You must drive and have access to a car.

This role will be spit between administrative duties and care delivery, as you will play a vital role in setting up new care packages, competing care plans with a person centred approach and ensuring safety for the service users and the team with clear risk assessments.

You will complete inductions for new members of the care team, and complete spot checks and reviews to ensure quality is managed within the service.

Working 40 hours a week, over 5 days, across Monday - Sunday, working alternative weekends.

You will be required to be on call, as part of a rota shared evenly within the team.

**Requirements**:
Level 3+ Health and Social Care or relevant experience

Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.

Good IT skills and record keeping

Be able to work in a fast packed environment where no two days are the same
