Global Senior Business Analyst

Our client based in Reading are seeking a Qualified (ACA/ACCA) Global Business Analyst to join them in a permanent position. Based on skills and relevant experience the salary will be between £70-80k. You will need to have already been a Business Analyst(ideally 5 years+) with experience of process flows and software changes.
Technology Advisory Services has an exciting new role for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team and help to drive innovation and change within its Global Payroll division.
- The Senior BA will need to understand client's requirements and objectives and be able to document current processes as well as future ways of working, identifying any gaps and where technical solutions are required ensuring these are clearly specified.
- The Senior BA will work with teams including robotics, automation and AI as well as external suppliers, as required, in order to identify the appropriate
solution, ensure it is clearly documented, reviewed, approved and implemented in line with the proposed delivery schedule.
- Additional responsibilities could include working with our local in country service partners as well as clients to document requirements and propose solutions to support the delivery of services from Global Payroll.
You'll be someone with:
- Deadline driven, organised, methodical and efficient with an eye for detail and good communication skills.
- Experience of running process reviews, gap analysis and documenting processes as well as being able to clearly define technical solution specifications is required as well as proven history of implementation of process improvements.
- Diligent and demonstrate attention to detail
- Possess strong technical payroll knowledge
- Efficient & deadline driven
- Proactive
- Have good communication skills
You will work with Global Payroll colleagues to understand their challenges to deliver exceptional service to its clients. In order to meet these challenges, we are keen to explore new technology and processes and the Business Analyst will engage with multi-disciplinaryteams including Robotics, Automation and IT to identify solutions and deliver these efficiently and on time.
